Excellent communication and customer service. And they're the only folks carrying a very special bulb that I needed. Despite that I ordered from overseas, my bulbs arrived within 2-3 days. And it turned out that they didn't have the bulb in stock so they said that they would be in to them and shipped by Friday -- they shipped two days earlier and arrived to me by Friday or Saturday. I love it when people give realistic expectations and then exceed them! Thank you so much.

My one grievance is that one has to click into each product and read through a ton of specifications just to find basic information like bulb length or color temperature. I somewhat figured out the product numbering system, but that was after a long time of being frustrated with how time-consuming it was to just figure out what I was looking at. It would be so much better if some of that basic information was displayed with the product number. You would have lost my sale if others had the same bulb available. In the end, I'm very glad I went with you!

I can’t find the light bulbs I needed for my spray booth in the United States. I was worried to order from overseas and the length of time for delivery however everything worked perfectly and the delivery was rather quick. I’m ordering more today as I need them for back up.
