This delivery was blocked because of issues with DHL.
Order was placed on January 13th and product still has not been received. Very dissatisfied.
Dear all, We feel disapointed because our package was delivered with damaged, more than 15 days after our command. We could see that the package had been lost in the parcel center in Neuenstein in Germany for at least 10 days... Thus, we can not uste our light (neon) which is broken....
The lamp simply doesn't work, the packaging was ok and I received it on time, but it does not work. I connected with the right ballast and it made like it was about to light and then nothing else. I tried the connections with a lamp of the same type PL-S 9W (normal) and everything works fine. A pity!
I haven't got my order yet
Bad service. I paid for a from 1 to 3 days delivery, I received the pack two weeks later (without any message during the weeks)

Delivery was late
