What is the delivery time?

Most products are in stock and delivered within 2–4 working days. If the item has a longer delivery time, it is clearly stated on the product page.

Can I pick up the product in person?

At the moment, personal pickup is not available. All orders are shipped using reliable delivery services.

What payment options are available?

You can pay by credit card, cash on delivery, PayPal, or bank transfer. The full list of options is available on the Payment Methods page.

Can I return a product?

Of course. You have 14 days to return the product without providing a reason. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Read more on our Returns  Claims page.

I received a damaged product – what should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please report the damage as soon as possible to support@svetila.com and attach a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Are the lights certified?

All lighting products comply with European safety and quality standards (e.g., CE, RoHS). Certifications are listed on the product pages for technical items.

How do I know which bulb fits my light?

Each light fixture description includes the socket type (e.g., E27, GU10) and recommended bulb wattage. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us – we're happy to help.

Do you offer discounts for larger orders?

For larger orders or project inquiries (e.g., for businesses, architects, hotels), please contact us at projects@svetila.com. We'll prepare a custom offer.

Where are you located?

We are an online store based in Slovenia. Orders are shipped across the EU from our distribution center.

Do you offer light installation services?

No, we do not currently provide installation services. We recommend hiring a qualified electrician to install lighting fixtures.
