QT FM 1x8W-230-240, Osram Luminous flux (lm): 540 Length l max. (mm): 276 Depth (mm): 32 Height (mm): 16 Lamp current (A): 0,05 QUICKTRONIC® for FM® miniature fluorescent lamps (T2/Ø 7 mm)
Because of their electrical and geometric data, miniature fluorescent lamps can only be operated reliably with electronic control gear. OSRAM has developed the long slim QUICKTRONIC® QT-FM (only 16 mm high) specifically for these miniature fluorescent lamps.
Economy:
Around 80% lower thermal output compared with ordinary light bulbs
Much longer life than ordinary light bulbs
Comfort:
Flicker-free starting
Pleasant flicker-free light with no stroboscopic effects thanks to high-frequency operation
Comfortable lighting with no distracting hum thanks to fully electronic operation
No flashing or flickering; the electronic fault monitoring circuit disconnects defective lamps
High resistance to switching transients, flashing operation possible without blackening the lamp
Safety:
Integrated three-way safety shutdown
if the lamp electrodes cease to emit
if there an unusual temperature rise at the lamp electrodes
if the lamp output increases
Complies with European standards for safety, operation and immunity EN 55015, EN 61000-3-2, EN 61547
Greater safety thanks to low equipment temperatures
High system reliability (miniature fluorescent lamp and QUICKTRONIC®)
Two versions:
QT-FM...L: ECG with casing and strain relief
QT-FM...LB: ECG without casing, long board in insulating foil, only 13 mm high
Applications:
In the home (for luminaires in furniture, around mirrors, over pictures), cabinet lighting, workplace lighting, super-slim advertising displays, information signs (not emergency lighting)
General:
Supply voltage: 230 to 240V
Mains frequency: 50 to 60 Hz (mains voltage, sinusoidal)
Lamp start: Warm start within 2 s
For safety reasons no automatic restart of replacement lamps
Not suitable for dc operation since the ECG disconnects the FM® lamp if the battery voltage drops.
