| Svetila shipped me the wrong bulbs and I thought I had gotten cheated. However, that was totally wrong on my part. Upon emailing Svetila and letting them know what the problem was, they knew that it was a shipping error and they asked me to ship back the bulb and they would partly reimburse me for the shipping costs upon receipt. They would replace the bulb with the right one once they received it. Sure enough, a week later, they had received my return shipment and promptly shipped me the right bulb via priority mail, which I received and it was perfect. I'm a happy customer now and would do business with them again without a doubt. Buy with confidence from these people. You won't be disappointed. |

| Hello Svetila!
I just recieved my bulb today and it had survived the long trip from slovenia to denmark in perfect condition.
It was very well packed compared to first time so i must give some credit for that well packed package!
It was a plesaure to deal with you and despite the broken bulb in first receivment you were excellent to send another one without any problems or extra fees.
That is 100% excellent service which tells alot about you guys!
Thank you svetila for a great deal and i will definitly trade with you again some day when i need a new bulb!

Today we had cleared the consignment and thanks for your excellent services and hope that to continue our business relation in the future.
The only problem is that when you send the consignment to the Post Office there are so many procedure that make things life out. In future you can send the consignment thorough any door to door courier like FedEx and even it cost little bit more we don't mind and so please keep in your mind
Anyhow It is a wonderful first experience dealing with you for the first time and I wish that you will continue your efficient services at all time with all the customers

| Thank you for your nice testimonial. We know that the Post service did not optimal choice for delivery. For smaller packages it is, but for bigger orders like yours, carriers like UPS, DHL are better choice. We already have almost prepared system for couriers and we hope that will go live in few weeks. If you made new order, we will send it via courier. |
