| Had to order from this website because they were the only supplier that had the bulbs I needed, most general electrical stores don't have speciality bulbs and refuse to make a special order for me. I placed an order but it was not in stock and was given a ship date a month later. After a month and a week, nothing happened, had to send them an email to follow up. But after that, everything moved along nicely and got the bulbs in one piece. Well packaged. Have placed a second order with them, hopefully this time will be a smoother experience |

| I was a little bit dubious about ordering expensive light bulbs from Svetila as they are based so far away from me in New Zealand. However, they had an excellent price on light bulbs that I needed and that are no longer available in NZ, so I decided to take the risk. | Svetila shipped me the wrong bulbs and I thought I had gotten cheated. However, that was totally wrong on my part. Upon emailing Svetila and letting them know what the problem was, they knew that it was a shipping error and they asked me to ship back the bulb and they would partly reimburse me for the shipping costs upon receipt. They would replace the bulb with the right one once they received it. Sure enough, a week later, they had received my return shipment and promptly shipped me the right bulb via priority mail, which I received and it was perfect. I'm a happy customer now and would do business with them again without a doubt. Buy with confidence from these people. You won't be disappointed. |
