I was able to get a type of halogen bulb that fits my two desk lamps originally purchased in Holland. I have not been able to find these replacement bulbs recently -- not in Ireland, where I now live, nor in Holland or the USA, where I frequently visit. I needed an Osram bulb that was no longer available in the U.S. I searched the web for the bulb and came up with distributors in France, Russia and Germany. But Svetila's site was the best. Tuttavia ho ricevuto 2 articoli su 4 diversi da quelli ordinati (e di minor valore).
Certo, un errore di spedizione può capitare a tutti, ma è proprio in queste circostanze che emerge la serietà e l'affidabilità del venditore.
Mi è stato negato il rimborso parziale, lo scambio merce e il gift voucher.
Servizio di post-vendita praticamente assente, data la quasi totale mancanza di comunicazioni con il venditore. Mi spiace, ma non ci si comporta così nei confronti di un cliente in buona fede. |
